Welcome to Neumaz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Neumaz platform and services provided through neumaz.com.
1. Description of Service
Neumaz is a cloud-based music notation and composition platform. The platform allows users to create, edit, store, and share sheet music and compositions, and pairs with Rehearzal for rehearsal planning.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features of Neumaz require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. When canceled, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the compositions and content you create in Neumaz. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any copyrighted material you upload or transcribe.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the service for any illegal activities. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Neumaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
